We offer refunds or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be approved.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Defective, damaged, or misprinted
  • Different from what was ordered

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Proof of Purchase

To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and, where applicable, clear photos showing the issue.

Please do not send your purchase back unless we have confirmed the return or replacement request.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank — refunds can take additional time to post

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a replacement is approved due to our error, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, any approved refund will be issued as store credit or refunded to the original purchaser, depending on the situation.
